Overview
This 4-day safari adventure takes you through three of Tanzania’s most spectacular wildlife destinations – Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Ndutu in the southern Serengeti ecosystem. You’ll experience diverse landscapes, the Big Five, and witness the Great Migration (seasonal) while staying in comfortable lodges and tented camps.
DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival & Safari in Tarangire National Park

Along the way, you will pass through picturesque Maasai villages and vast open plains before entering the park.
Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, stunning baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. The Tarangire River, which flows year-round, attracts many animals, making it one of the best wildlife viewing areas in Tanzania.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Transfer to Ndutu
After an early breakfast, you will set out for the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” this UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts a diverse ecosystem that supports a high density of wildlife.
Descending 600 meters into the crater floor, you’ll find yourself in a natural amphitheater teeming with life. The crater is home to over 25,000 animals, including some of the last remaining black rhinos in East Africa.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari in Ndutu – Witness the Great Migration
Wake up to the sounds of nature as you prepare for a full-day game drive in Ndutu, an area known for its seasonal Great Migration and incredible predator sightings. This region is particularly famous during the calving season (December to March), when thousands of wildebeests give birth on the lush plains.
Throughout the day, you’ll explore different sections of Ndutu, following the best wildlife movements. After an unforgettable day of adventure, you’ll return to Ndutu Migration Camp, where you can relax around the campfire and share stories of the day’s sightings.

Day 4: Morning Safari in Ndutu & Return to Arusha/JRO
Your final day begins with an early morning game drive in Ndutu, offering one last chance to spot wildlife in action before heading back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).After breakfast at the camp, you’ll begin your journey back to Arusha. Your driver-guide will ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer, and upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel, Arusha Airport, or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward journey.
