DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park – Game Drive
Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Arusha, heading towards Lake Manyara National Park. This lush and diverse ecosystem is set beneath the Great Rift Valley Escarpment and is one of Tanzania’s most picturesque parks. As you enter the park, you will be greeted by a variety of wildlife.
After a spectacular game drive, you’ll head to Eileen’s Tree Inn, a beautiful lodge in Karatu, where you can relax with a delicious dinner and enjoy the warm Tanzanian hospitality.

Day 2: Karatu to Ndutu – Exploring the Southern Serengeti
After breakfast, you will drive towards Ndutu, a region situated between Ngorongoro and Serengeti. The drive will take you through rolling hills and open plains, offering incredible views of the Tanzanian countryside. Depending on the season, you may encounter wildlife migrating between Serengeti and Ndutu.
Upon arrival, you will embark on an afternoon game drive through the Ndutu Plains, following large herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. Ndutu is particularly famous for its calving season (December–March), when thousands of newborns take their first steps while predators lurk nearby.
After an exciting day, you will head to Sero Tented Camp for a delicious dinner and a peaceful night under the African stars.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari in Ndutu – Witness the Migration
Wake up early for a full-day exploration of the Ndutu Plains, an area known for its high wildlife concentration and stunning open landscapes. Your expert guide will take you to prime wildlife-viewing spots, ensuring the best chances to see predators in action
After an action-packed day, return to Sero Tented Camp, where you can enjoy a warm campfire and reflect on your experiences.

Day 4: Ndutu to Ngorongoro Highlands – Relax in Nature
After a morning game drive in Ndutu, you will journey toward the Ngorongoro Highlands, a lush green landscape that contrasts beautifully with the savannah. As you ascend, you will have breathtaking views of the crater rim, with opportunities to visit Maasai villages along the way.Arrive at Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp, a comfortable eco-lodge near the crater.
Relax by the campfire and enjoy a quiet evening surrounded by nature.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha/JRO
Wake up early for a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience in Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the "Eighth Wonder of the World". After breakfast, descend into the 600-meter-deep crater, where you will be surrounded by stunning landscapes and an abundance of wildlife.
After a breathtaking safari experience, you will drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), marking the end of your incredible journey.
